Meet Officer Nuttall of the Bradenton Police Department. Today, he encountered a homeless family on the street—a mother in tears because they had nowhere to stay with their dog, and her little boy crying from hunger.
Moved by their situation, Officer Nuttall stepped in to help. He took the family out for a hot meal of pizza, arranged for the Humane Society to care for their dog overnight, and paid for a hotel room so they could have a safe place to sleep.
But his kindness didn’t stop there. He visited the Salvation Army to ensure the family would have a place to stay after their night at the hotel.
