_ 200 grams of bananas (about 2 large bananas)

_ 1 tablespoon of liquid vanilla

_ 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt

_ 1 cup of oat flour

Preparation
_ In the preparation bowl, put the bananas and mash them well
_ Add the eggs and vanilla and beat them well
_ Add the yogurt and honey and mix
_ Add all the dry ingredients (oats, baking powder and salt) and stir
_ Grease a non-stick rectangular pan with light vegetable oil and pour the mixture or put a sheet of butter and grease it with oil
_ Place the walnuts on top
_ In a preheated oven at 180 degrees (turn on the oven 7 minutes before)
_ Bake the cake for 40 to 50 minutes in the oven and insert a toothpick into it. It should come out completely clean to ensure that it is completely cooked
_ The rest can be kept in the refrigerator at the end of the first day in a tightly sealed container and taken from it as desired.
