-Ingredients:
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of black pepper (to enhance curcumin absorption)
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Optional: 1/4 tsp ginger powder for warmth
Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness
-Instructions:
1.Combine milk, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, and ginger powder in a small pot.
2.Heat over medium heat, stirring until warm (not boiling).
3.Remove from heat, cool slightly.
4 Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
5.Pour into a cup and enjoy warm.Β
