ANOTHER METHOD
1. Wash and peel the skin of your carrots.
2. Grate your carrots with hand grater.
3. Place the grated carrots in a clean pot.
4. Pour in any oil of your choice (olive oil or coconut oil.)
5. Put your pot on fire on a low heat for 50minutes to an hour.
6. When the infusion process is completed, pour the carrots and oil mixture through a strainer and strain to separate the oil from the carrot chaff
7. Then, your carrot oil is ready.
