Preparation Method:

1. Prepare the herbs: Wash the rosemary branches and mint leaves in cold water and dry them. If you’re using ginger, slice it thinly. Gently crush the herbs to release their essential oils and enhance the flavor.

2. Prepare the base: In a pitcher, mix your chosen base (lemon juice, sparkling water, coconut water, or apple cider vinegar) with the rosemary branches, mint leaves, and ginger slices. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add your desired amount of sweetener and mix well.

3. Infuse: Let the mixture soak in the refrigerator for at least one hour, or up to 6 hours for a stronger flavor. The longer it rests, the more intense the herbal taste.

4. Serve: Remove the herbs (rosemary, mint, and ginger) and pour the infused beverage into glasses. For an extra touch of freshness, add slices of lemon, lime, or orange. You can also add ice cubes for an extra chill.
