Orange Ginger Remoulade Dressing 

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt) 🥛
– 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice 🍊

– 1 teaspoon orange zest 🍊
– 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 🧑‍🍳
– 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup) 🍯
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 🌾
– 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar) 🍶
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
– 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika 🌶️
– Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
– Optional: 1 teaspoon sesame oil for depth 🥄


Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, orange juice, and orange zest until smooth 🍊.


2. Add the grated ginger, honey, Dijon mustard, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well 🥄.


3. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, or more honey for sweetness 🧂.


4. For a richer flavor, stir in sesame oil (optional) 🥄.


5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld 🍽️.
Serve as a dressing for salads, a dip for spring rolls, or a sauce for grilled shrimp or chicken! 🍤🍗
