The Recipe: Homemade Beetroot Milk
-Ingredients:
1 medium-sized beetroot, peeled and chopped
2 cups milk (cow’s milk, almond milk, or any milk of your choice)


Optional: Honey, maple syrup, or sugar to taste


-Instructions:
1.Boil the Milk: In a saucepan, bring the milk to a gentle boil over medium heat.
2 Add Beetroot: Add the chopped beetroot to the boiling milk and reduce the heat to low.
3.Simmer: Let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the beetroot is soft and tender.
4. Cool Slightly: Remove the saucepan fresh
