-Ingredients :

Fresh chopped watermelon

Fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced

Water (optional )

-Instructions :

1. Mix watermelon: Put the chopped watermelon in a blender and mix until it is smooth.

2. Add Ginger: Add fresh ginger slices to blender and mix again until smooth.

3. Strain (optional): If you prefer, run the juice through a thin sieve to remove the pulp and ginger fibers.

4. Serve: Pour juice into glasses over ice cubes for extra charge. Optional, top with a slice of watermelon or mint.
