
Onion Tea for Better Health
Ingredients:
1 small onion, sliced
2 cups water
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 slice of lemon (optional)
Instructions: Boil water in a small pot.
Add sliced onion to the water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Strain the tea and add honey for sweetness, if desired.
Add a slice of lemon for extra vitamin C.
