-Ingredients:
1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon


1 cup of boiling water
Optional: slice of lemon or teaspoon of honey for flavor
-Method:


1.Boil water in a kettle or on the stovetop.
2.Break cinnamon stick into small pieces (if using) or add ground cinnamon to a teapot or cup.
3.Pour boiling water over cinnamon and steep for 8-10 minutes.
4.Remove cinnamon pieces or strain if using ground cinnamon.
5.Optionally, add honey or lemon for taste and benefits.
-Enjoy: Drink cinnamon tea in the morning to boost metabolism or throughout the day to curb cravings and support weight loss goals
